with High-Performance Insulation.
The container system is designed for the transport and storage of raw materials and products in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
It features integrated process control with two temperature sensors for precise regulation of product and heating cable temperatures, as well as an operating hours counter for usage monitoring. The maximum operating pressure is 1.0 bar.
For full traceability, an optional RFID system is available. The unit is approved for the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with ADR, RID, and IMDG (UN-certified).
Compliance includes CE marking according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and food conformity according to EC Regulation 1935/2004.

Designed for flexible handling, the container is compatible with standard forklift trucks, crane-liftable, and stackable. Available volumes range from 500 to 1250 liters.
The hygienic design features an optimized cleaning geometry and complete discharge via a deep-drawn, low-dead-space bottom with directly flanged outlet valve.
Integrated electric heating is provided via a bonded resistance heating system, controlled through an adjustable unit housed in a splash-proof stainless steel protection box mounted directly on the container. Heating capacity is up to 2 kW with a maximum temperature of 150 °C, operating on a 230 V CEE three-pin connection.
The robust support frame is available in stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel. Optional features include aseptic design execution and agitator integration via the manway.
