The UCON Blender enables direct blending of bulk materials inside the IBC—without transfer steps, without additional cleaning cycles, and with maximum process reliability.
By mixing directly within the sealed container, cross-contamination is eliminated while ensuring consistently high mixing quality. The system is intuitive to operate, highly versatile, and suitable for both powders and the production of suspensions. Its compact and sustainable design, combined with flexible batch sizes from 200 to 3500 liters, makes it an ideal fit for modern production environments, supporting lean manufacturing with minimal setup times and maximum equipment availability.
The UCON Blender features a highly advanced control and recipe management system, capable of storing up to 500 individual mixing programs. Key parameters such as mixing speed, rotation direction changes, mixing time, batch recognition, and automatic labeling including date and time can be precisely configured and stored.A modern PLC control system with DCS interface and multiple user levels (Operator, Supervisor, Service) ensures full process control and operational safety.
The system is compatible with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley controllers and is operated via an intuitive 12” touchscreen HMI. Optional components such as a liquid injector, lump breaker, or parallel clamping system further expand its application range.For demanding environments, ATEX certification is available, complemented by safety fencing and interlock systems. With its robust stainless-steel design and flexible installation options, the UCON Blender delivers a future-proof solution for high-performance industrial applications.
